Each time I download it, it says that it cannot open.
Also when I click to download the 2.0 it brings me to a page that looks like this

Idk what to do, the youtube tutorials dont help at all

This isn't a programming issue. If anything it'd be technical support.

Although the information you're given seems stark obvious. First, you're in the legacy folder, meaning they're all outdated versions of the program. Second, there's a link telling you where to download the latest version at the top. May I suggest you click it?
