I will download and run any file you send me, and give you a risk assessment based on my scans.

Just use a Throwaway system (VirtualPC) and see what happens from there

That's what I do when I run into a questionable file <3

Problem with that is that some virus's have anti's where these are disabled or crash, or just do what they're supposed to.

Also, not everyone can run one easily, or even knows how.
