Keifer2011 is Won_gold's original username. We've known that for probably a decade now. If he went to jail for tax evasion his business wouldn't continue to operate on PA. I would assume he had workers on-site that would make things difficult to run during Covid in his region.

He probably just had issues with keeping those workers & downscaled to just himself and a couple buddies so they could continue to have a job. After 7 years of being near the top of the market you've probably made enough to live comfortably, especially if you live in China.
