Hello,

@Almostlost (aka Ameliya/ Coolray1 on discord), was breaking our server rules by using Elite Ranks as a bank to avoid getting banned ingame with his money and putting the risk on us. We warned him several times but he kept doing it. So we decided to cash him out for the full wallet he had (6760M RS3) and ban him.

iVegeta made him aware that we were going to cashout his full wallet, because we obviously don't want people still having wallet on their account when they get banned.

I took over the ticket because I was holding some in-game gp for the cashout, so we discussed a world to meet after almost 3 hours of waiting...

Here you can see he transfers 2800m rs3 to me which only was a part of his full wallet because his full wallet was 6760M RS3, which made me remove 3960m rs3 manually from his wallet.

He killed me with 270.4m spirit shards (25gp per shard = 6760m rs3) in red portal which means i loss my items when I die.

I died, i got teleported to the portal hub again and I logged out. Usually customers pickup the shards and everyone is happy, however this time Ameliya says he disconnected and didn't pick up the shards. I closed my client already so I had to restart everything again and when I logged in again like 2 mins later there was nothing left anymore.

Did he really crash or did he pick up the shards and is now making this report to get more money?
But let's assume he did really crash, still..

I delivered the money and cashed out his full wallet, his disconnecting ain't my fault.
His 6760M rs3 was paid, wallet was cleared, so we banned him afterwards for breaking house rules after being warned multiple times.

We never had problems before with red portal trades till this happened. So i'm sorry for what happened to you but there is nothing we can do.

I requested 2800m but he took out my whole wallet 6700m with out my consent and i got Lag didn't even pick but why he took my rest
