So prom is coming up towards the end of this month and I want a really creative way to ask my girlfriend.

Our schedules are relatively busy we hang out whenever we can.

So a little bit about both of us, I do Muay Thai and she's a dancer, I surprised her at her dance studio once for Valentine's Day I was thinking maybe something around that?

Price is not too much an issue, I'm not looking to make it expensive, I want it to be sentimental and creative but I lack the creativity to think of something to do.

I think asking at school is too cliche so I would prefer something outside of school

Any advice is appreciated!

Just take her out to a movie or go to dinner with her, then just ask her while your out. I know its simple but, it gets straight to the point.

I like Fendle's idea, where you could basically just do something that is already romantic like a dinner date and ask her there. It's usually quite an effective scenario because of a romantic mood and setting

Another cool idea would be to set up a surprise for her where you could ask her. For example, if you have a favourite outdoor spot you two like to go, or a spot where you met that means a lot to you, you could set something up there with flowers, a large banner that says "will you go to prom with me" etc, a picnic with some lit candles (if you do it at night) and a blanket, and you could lure her there so that when she walks in, the romantic setting & the banner ask the question for you.

If you are really scrapped for ideas, I know it sounds cheesy and lame but you could also try looking on Youtube. I was on some kid's channel ages ago and he had a video where he asked his GF to prom, and I watched it. It ended up bringing a ton of related videos up along the side, and I was surprised how many people film their daring/romantic efforts at getting a date for prom and put it on the internet. Who knows, it may give you some ideas!

I'd say get her a bear from build a bear workshop. Build one, and Put your own custom made voice commands. Like ... "Will You go To the Prom with me?"

It is always wise to look ahead, but difficult to look further than you can see.

This is actually a great idea We have one of these workshops locally in one of the malls... and girls love the cute little teddies. They aren't too expensive either.
