I used to be really short, but if your parents are decently tall, you got nothing to worry about.

Eatcho vegetables and milk. And I was short when I was your age too. Most people grow a lot during their last year or two of highschool or first year in college.

Since your 15, you have absolutely nothing to worry about man You have many, many years left to grow. Most people don't reach their FULL adult height & size until they are in their early 20's (although for most people, their growth significant slows before 20 and they get pretty close to their full adult size).

The chances are pretty good that you will either have a sudden growth spurt at some point in the next couple of years, or that you will just steadily grow during that time. I was more of a steady grower rather than somebody who had a sudden spurt, but when I was 13-14 I was still shorter than most girls my age, and by the time I was 16-17 I was towering over them all Just give it time.

For men and women you stop growing, your legs by the age of 16. This is proved by specialists and doctors which performed a leg lengthening operation on my leg.

Could you convert your height into cm?

Around your age is when I spurted 4 inches. Most people also don't stop fully growing until they are 20. Just make sure you are sleeping and eating well.

Just before I turned 16 I grew 6 inches, a decent growth spurt. Don't worry bro, it'll come, I went from 5"2 to 5"8

I was 5"4 a year ago, i'm 5"11 ish now so i wouldn't worry too much, there are certain things which may or may not work to increase height such as a certain type of acupuncture.

Keep active, eat well and make the most of your childhood.
Be happy with who you are.

Your growth in height really depends on when you started puberty, if you was a late bloomer then you probably still have a few inches to grow. Make sure you are physically active, but don't lift heavy weights and activities that compress your bones. Also, don't use body enhancing drugs like steroids since it will close your growth plates. Make sure you have good posture and good nutrition, drink a lot of milk.

you'll grow i heard you stop growing fully in your early twenties. ive also heard working out can stunt your growth but im not too sure about that its sketchy. but yeah dont worry about it you'll get taller
