It's not a requirement or anything, I'd just like to actually see the guide if it's in the guide section.

Gain muscle mass
2. Size
What, like height? If so 6'5
3. Weight
190 lbs
4. Previous Experience (years, monthes, ect..)
4 months of weight training (maximum weight I can lift)
Currently taking creatine tablets before and after training, as well as whey protein in the morning, before and after workout and before bed.
What would you say for that? :P
