Hey, I started playing RS again 2-3 weeks ago and I actually got my account back who was permanently banned in 2005!

Note. It's NOT true when people say your stats and bank will be reseted. Jagex did NOT touch my account at all. (Except i was bald and white... )

and for people who's asking why not pay after recovery (Because it's long process and takes alot time.)

EDIT: People let me remind you that unbanning from major macro has really low success rate & takes alot time.

How did he scam you?

The 'try' that you may not do gets you free $5. Seeing that you are like 3 day member you can just be willing to get free money via this?

How I got scammed? I'll tell you. He said he'll take 20m payment. If he fails, he refund 15m, taking 5m as fee for what he did. If he's successful he'll take full fee that he already has. Kinda sad, I went first, and he got banned next day cause he scammed someone else as well.
