I finally go to buy the game..
I get home, download the game..
I thought I'd be able to pay via paypal, but my paypal account
is not verified.. so I cannot activate my account!
LAME.
Parents won't let me use their credit card, because they don't want
me to run up a bill.

Can anyone help me?

You could always go buy a NCsoft game card in real life at a store.

Well.. apparently you need to give them a future billing option.. with the credit card thing, it can be deactivated.

Ah, you're right.

I'm still fairly sure you can use a NCsoft game card for that. I remember seeing that as an option when I was signing up.
