I want a game thats a bit like rs before they screwed the wildy so does anyone know a game with decent pking that is fun and not a huge download etc, like i dont care about graphics..

or a really good RS private server with 250+ players..

Since you said no big downloads it might be out your range but try runes of magic , quite good graphics and fun pvp(pking to rs players).

Warhammer Online is awesome for PvP. Graphics are good and so is gameplay. It's like WoW in a few ways. Although, you do have to buy the game and there is a $15 a month fee. It's worth it IMO.
