Our Story

EliteRoyale was opened for the first time in 2004 when current CEO Jonteh wanted to run his own hotel, so he wouldn't have to follow other peoples orders and work under someone elses hotel name. Jonteh is an ex-member of famous hotel Hotel Royale, which Jonteh bought for a RuneScape account. As Jonteh was new to the scene, he didnt know how to work the domain, so he discarded it and created the 'Elite' hotel Elite Royale, which is the sequel to Hotel Royale. EliteRoyale went slowly from a small-time hamachi hotel to quite a big-time haqmachi free hotel, when friend Mitch joined forces with him. Mitch became the co-CEO when Jonteh purchased the business domain Elite-Royale.com. That domain was popular for the year before it ran out in september 2005. Jonteh then traveled to Australia where he aquired a host-laptop where he could host the hotel 24/7 without having to pay for a monthly bill for a VPS. Shortly after Jonteh returned to his home country of New Zealand, his laptop broke. This devestated the EliteRoyale community and it stopped its devoted members from reaching their lovely hotel. In 2006, Jonteh purchased his own VPS which he ran a v12 hotel on running his own custom server made by Mitch and Jonteh in VB6. It could hold up to 100 members before it got an error and crashed to oblivion. There are alot of patchy up and down times till about last year, 2008. When Holograph Emulator VB.NET was released, Jonteh quickly opened his v23 hotel running the HoloCMS 1.0 made by GraphiX / Meth0d / Roy. He then followed on updating his hotel until today when EliteRoyale will stand with the great hotels once again.
