I need to buy a gift card that I can link to my paypal account. I currently have $6 on my paypal account.

I don't care how much money there is on the account, as long as I am able to link it to my account, it will be great. I will pay $2 for any gift card that is linkable to my account. So, if you have $4 in your gift card, I will obviously pay you $6. But, please note that I only have $6, so $4 in a card is the max I can buy. I suggest that if you have more then $4 on the gift card, buy something that will decrease it to $4 or $1.95.

**I don't know if this is true, but I don't think you can link any gift card that has less than $1.95 in a gift card as paypal charges you $1.95 over paypal.**

You do need a certain amount on the card beforehand linking it, but there may be many issues that arise trying to link a gift card. I suggest you get a free VCC.
