And there not aloud on TTG so i was wondering if they was?

Go for it you can have giveaway's just not requesting vouches for it. And im sure i could hit you up with a dime and call it a payment and give you a vouch for that .

Giveaways are allowed in most cases. The only cases in which they would not be allowed is if they..

1. Do not follow sythe.org rules (for example no selling carded xbl accounts)

or

2. You cannot give away runescape accounts.
