yes i could.
Go to bukkit.org and download any bukkit versions [1.00] [1.8.1] [1.7.3]
Download any versions then put it in a folder
any of them work just rename it

Paste that into a notepad and save it as
run.bat
Now put them both into a folder and press run.bat
And you got your server.
If your buying server host. Then this is already done for you! and is already portforwarded with an ip.

WorldEdit,WorldGuard [If you want to use world guard to protect your spawn buildings you need Worldedit]
Logblock [roll back griefs][Server hosts always provides this for free]

MobDisguise - Transform to any mobs or players
BlockHat - Makes ur head into any blocks.
WorldEdit - Make massive buildings fast. [Be very cautious with this]
