Default Ever played creative (free) minecraft?

I used to play it all the time just for fun, I also liked joining in on creative servers.

Have you guys ever played on the creative version?

I have, it's ok but survival is better, especially without the annoying hunger bar.

Is the creative version, the "classic" version, that you can play in browser?

I played it a lot before I bought the game. Some of the servers on there are BIG.

I used to think that as well.

It used to be unblocked in school, so during a free period I would work on my world. By the end of the school year my little map was filled with random things.

Creation mode is by far my favorite of the two types.
I'm more of a creative person myself and enjoy making large structures with friends.
By installing a flying mod I was able to boost my production two fold.
People have different opinions. Creative mode may just not be for you.

I played it a bunch back before i could afford to buy the game.

The first time i made my house, my street had a blackout and i lost my file (Because of the no-saving) and the 2nd time i made a house ( a cave i dug, really) i mined 1 block accidently and my house flooded with water, making it hard to walk around so i quit that shiz.

Then i bought the game when i could.

Why're you posting in the Minecraft section if you dislike the game..?

Yes, but I hate creative/alpha version, it takes all the point out of the game (then again, I'm not huge on purely building, I like the survival aspect). Alternatively, I don't like these new updates either. I think they should release a permanent 1.3 beta version and let people use that and mod it how they will, so it's like their own personal game, while anyone else who wants to keep up with the updates can just play on 1.8-1.9 and the final game when it comes out..

Minecraft died at 1.7.3, I lost my addiction after 1.8.

You can download older versions of the game and just not log in so that it doesn't update.

I know that, but more and more online servers are leaving 1.7.3 now. It's a shame I really liked that version when it was the one everyone had.

Who knows, maybe future updates will bring you back into the game. Just keep checking back and hopefully something new you like will pop up.
