The old beta Rammus skin looks really nice, or the black alistar not because it looks nice but because of the rarity, I also like Kitty kat katerina.

My favorite for champs I play frequently are Phantom Karthus (because it looks awesome - really great for a recolor as well) and Riot K-9 Nasus (because of the rarity)
