Personally if I was to pick a champion to play based off of there ultimate, I would have to choose brand, lux, ashe, or caitlyn. Brand because of the damage it outputs with multiple bounces and then the others for their flexibility. Having a powerful ultimate with the range they offer is critical. Thats just my opinion.

Even tho I have to say that Nocture's ultimate is pretty deadly too, but only when you got good items.
If you manage to crit them out alot with hellalot of attack speed they don't stand a chance lol.

Karthus ult is the best in the game without a question.

1) Global
2) Damages everyone
3) insane AP ratio for a multi target spell

Unless for a specific example where you need CC (amumu ult) or to protect a hyper carry (kayle ult) then karthus ult is the best overall general ultimate.
