V: My Triond Secret

VII: 5 must haves for Triond
VIII: Finishing up What is Triond?
Triond is publishing site. On this site, you can create articles, write stories, write essays, on any topic. (Excluding Illegal/Inappropriate things.)
Sounds boring? Well, here's your incentive too use it.

Money
Earning cash on Triond
When you have completed your article, when (Or if) your article is published, you will be paid for every view your article receives.
The amount you get paid per view is not kind, $0.001 per view.
Now, you've probably thought "$0.001 per view, thats not worth it for me spending an hour writing an article, I'm outta here!" Well, your wrong.
My Triond Secret
I too didn't believe writing articles for only a few cents each a month would be worth it. So what I did, was publish my homework on the internet!
Essays, Poems, Images of posters, assignments it all goes, and for me, I now rake in $1-$2 a month. I've made around $10, and I only spent 3 hours putting my articles on the internet. Genius!
How to Start up on Triond
1.The No. 1 step is too create a Triond account. This can be done easily by visiting there homepage (Triond.com,) and filling out the Sign up form. You will need too enter in:
*The Username you would like,
*A password,
*Your email. (They will use this too send emails about Articles being accepted/rejected, and for updates too the site.)

2.When you log-in, your "Dashboard" will appear. What this does is show your earnings for the month, and your top earning articles. For the moment, ignore this, and click "Account" 3.In here, you can fill in your details. (Optional.) I seriously reccomend adding in your PayPal email though, so you can get paid.
4.Now that your ready too receive cash, Look in the toolbar at the top of the page for "Submit." (See the image below.) Click this.
5.Enter in the Title and description of your article. Then Either type or Copy and paste your article in. Submit. 6.Now, you will require patience, it may take a few hours for your article too be accepted (Or rejected) 7.Repeat steps 4-6. When your articles have received views, the money will be added to your earnings. On the 10th of each month, your payment will be sent to you. (Minimum earning of $0.50.)

5 Must haves too make money on Triond!
1. Patience, It can get boring waiting for an article to get published (or if worst get declined, which no-one likes,) or for you to get views, comments and likes. You need to keep a calm head. If your not writing an article, and your just sitting doing nothing, waiting while your article is pending, your wasting time. Get outside, have fun, or do chores, work, etc.
2. Imagination, You need to think of some great articles you can create. Don’t do boring stuff like what your having for dinner or whats on tv. Think of something imaginative, “Top 10″ arcticles are quite popular, why not use one of them as a test for triond?
3. An interesting topic, there are many different people out there in the world. Some enjoy sports, some enjoy animals, some enjoy movies. People like reading stuff about celebrites, books reviews, Movie reviews, and almost anything you can imagine. Also Video games (Especially on-line games like World of Warcraft and Runescape) are very popular. If your into video games why not try one?
4. A way of advertisement, so you’ve completed your article? Done a great job? just need to wait for all those views and likes to come? WRONG! You need to advertise your article, or else no-one will be able to see it. Try Registering a FREE account on www.stumbleupon.com. You can then add your articles and people will start reading them.
5. Enjoyment of writing, this is a MUST! For all writers, if you dont like writing, you wont have the want/need power to write a good story. You’ll produce grammar errors, and BORING stories. You can make any story interesting, it depends on how you do it!
Finishing Up
Thankyou for reading! I hope you all learnt something. If you have any questions just Pm me or post here.

Re: The ULTIMATE Triond Guide!
Very good guide, Great use of pictures, also can you copy and paste articles from other websites, silgthly modify them, then post them? It beats spending 2 hours writing something.

Re: The ULTIMATE Triond Guide!
Triond must have some kind of grudge against me :|
I mean, I submitted my page thing, and it is readable. The grammar and stuff doesn't interfere with the reading...
I wrote this just to write something, so I could put it up as a test...
Quote:
The Issues With Runescape
First, there is the issue that the economy can be completely controlled by the more experienced players. I mean that those with 100M can easily raise or lower the price the price of certain items, making it especially hard for lower players. In the worst case scenarios, the item is no longer in stock (usually done by Merching Clans). This can makes it hard for those who did not jump on the wagon to raise the price of the item. Now that this item is no longer obtainable, the use is blocked out for a specific time. Meaning if sharks are bought out, how are those aiming for 99 cooking going to get it? They could choose another food to cook, but that would be very hard sometimes (especially other fish are in high demand as well).
Next, there is the skill leveling issue. Seriously, does anyone enjoy grinding out skills? Sure, it’s good and all seeing the 99, but sitting there breaking your wrist moving the mouse among two spots on the screen is not the best idea. This can cause health risks if the game is taken to seriously, like the point of sitting there all day doing nothing but staring at the screen. There could be weight problems, eyesight issues, and social issues. Who would trade a real life for a pixel life? Obviously plenty of people, considering Jagex is the most popular online game. Aside from the sight of the 99 in your skill tab, what is there really to gain? Real life money, sure, but at what risk? A very high risk if you ask me.
Speaking of trading pixel items for real life items, real life trading can be considered an issue. While I think real life trading can be entertaining, I will try to see this “issue” from and un-biased eye. Real life trading can make the game difficult for those who do not participate in real world trading. I mean, would you like to be the guy who gets the 100M in a day or two, or the guy who spends months on getting 100M. Some may say the second option which is where the issue comes in. It’s another example of how money can rule the game. Those with more money can get more gold pieces by paying for it.
Another example of how money can rule the game is membership. Of course, this is not a game destroying issue, because honestly, it’s what MAKES the game. Jagex would not get payed (as much) if there was no membership, so the game would be shut down. An example of how it is badly for the game is because what happens if you are poor? Or your family is going through some difficult times? You would not be able to play like, 90% of the game. Then, on the other hand, if your family is going through really easily and you have tons to spare money
, you have no problem paying the six or seven dollars for membership. That would enable only the people with families that aren’t going through difficult times able to play.
How To Solve These Problems
Honestly, two out of these three problems (not counting membership costs, because you cannot do anything about it) would be solved by courtesy. I mean, in the idea that you are in a Merchanting Clan, you are scamming others. I know others do not think this deep into it, but you could be scamming some 11 year old. Depending on your age, you may remember a time when you were 11 or 12 sitting and playing Runescape. Scamming sucked, right? Well, it did and does suck. It is a bad part of the game. You were probably very hurt when you got scammed. That is what you are doing in a string of ways to the people you are affecting over the game. You probably do not think about that when you are getting your 30 million out of the Grand Exchange, do you? For grinding, all that can be done to solve this problem is to change it up. Get up every once and a while.
Finally, for real world trading, I guess I have to say that it’s horrible because those with money prosper in the game, which I think, is not good for the game. Sure, I enjoy it, but I know that it is badly for the game.
Conclusion
This game has several issues with it. Some of which cannot be helped. It’s what makes the game it. I may or may not eventually write things on why the game is great!
As if you care.

PS. Looks better in Word XD.

I wrote a Runescape article once, it was declined almost immediantly, because they have enough stuff on Runescape anyway.

Yet they still let "given way 106 rune account" through. I say clear that crap, let the actual stuff come in.
And they could at least say "To many topics on this subject, please choose another" or something.
EDIT: I think this may shoot down your idea... I wrote this
Quote:
I was standing on one side of the ally way. I smelled garbage, crap, and everything nice. I held the gun in my hand, fully loaded and ready to fire. The cold metal had turned warm from my sweaty palm.
The moon had shown itself through the clouds. Full, and brighter than all the street lights behind me. It was the dead of night, no cars rushing by, no parties, and no one else walking around.
I steadily walked down the ally way, footstep by footstep, looking down to make sure I didn’t step on a piece of garbage and make any noise. I almost screamed when I saw a rat crawl over my foot. I controlled myself though. Footstep by footstep, I walked towards him.
There, at the end of the ally way stood a man staring right at me. I knew who the man was and he knew who I was. He pulled his hand out of his pocket, revealing something shiny. I started backing away. This was not what I had planned.
I was stepping backwards, or at this point running backwards, but that held no point. He began walking forward. He seemed in a relaxed mood. There was no doubt he saw the gun though, because his was pointed straight at me.
I turned around to see another man, blocking my exit. I was trapped. This was the point of no return. I was stuck, and if I was to move, I would most likely be short by one of them.
I waited for the man from the opposite end to come to me. I dropped my gun and put up my hands. “Don’t shoot me, I have them” I said, not really caring if the residents of the house next to me heard.
“That’s all I needed to hear.” At this point, I was close enough to the man from the opposite end to see who he was. I saw the star badge on his chest, his handcuffs in his pocket, and his gun in his hand.
I turned around and the man from the opposite end cuffed my hands together. He brought me to his car and put me in the back seat. We began driving off.
My life is down the gutter.
Moral of the story; don’t do/deal drugs kids!
|
(Yes, I know it's vague, it's supposed to be like that... Maybe that's why it got shot down XD)
*sigh* or it's based on luck :|

Re: The ULTIMATE Triond Guide!
Been using Triond for two years, if you have the time to write up stuff you can make a decent amount a month. The best tip is too publish what's hot on the Internet at the moment.

You can make more than that. I get around $10-$20 for next to no work, I don't even write articles much anymore.

Re: The ULTIMATE Triond Guide!
I haven't been active much on it lately. Around $2-$5 normally, I want to get back into writing some hot content so I'll have a slightly higher income onto PayPal.

Re: The ULTIMATE Triond Guide!
Triond is awesome, when RSbuddy first came out, I wrote an article about how it was safe, it got an average 10-20 views a day. I would you suggest that when you publish articles, you also put A LOT of relevant tags, also to increase your profits, create a google adsence account and link it to triond, they will put your ads on your content.

Yeah you can do that to increase your profits. I created this guide before you had the option to use Google Adsense though, might add it in later
