You can simply repeat steps 1-3 again with the missing angle and you'll get your solution.
Now, to answer one of your questions really quick (what is 52°7' mean?) the dash by the 7 is called "minutes". A minute is nothing more than a fraction of a degree. See the image below, and you'll see how you can convert minutes into decimals to be added to the end of your degree. You'll also encounter seconds, and it'll look like 52°7'3". Double dash is called "seconds". The conversion is exactly the same, except you do it once to get to minutes, then again to get to degrees. Then you add it to your degree number 52°
