For an easy answer you could just cite the Bible.

Or the Quran, or the Mormon Bible, or 100 other different scriptures. Im Christian but i've realize all the scriptures teach pretty much the same thing except with different fables or ideals.

They can act in whatever they manner they chose as long as their acts remain in the boundaries of the law. But remember there are consequences for every action you do. Thats how I see it.

You could write an entire book on this question, it's entirely subjective and there's no right answer. Some would say men should be strong and women submissive because stripped of societal influence that's what it would be like, just like most animals. Others would have the (shitty and ill-informed) opinion that men and women are 100% equal in every way and thus should act 100% the same. Then you get into traditional gender roles etc etc...

..but if this is a homework assignment it'd be easier to just be PC and say "everyone should act how they feel like acting, there shouldn't be any boundaries based on gender"

There is no set guidelines on how a man or women should act. People act according to their own instincts and desires. My advice is to act in a way which feels true to yourself.
