1: Does the moon orbit earth? If so how long does it take for the moon to orbit once around the earth.

2: Does the moon spin on its axis? If so how long does it take for the moon to spin once on its axis?

3: How long does it take for the moon to go through one complete phases change.(From one full moon to the next)

i know some might be simple but im not that smart i can throw in a couple of dollars if someone can help me out with this

1. Yes the moon orbits the earth. According to Wikipedia it takes 27.3 days for the moon to complete its orbit around the Earth.

3. It apparently takes ~29 days for the moon to go from full moon -> full moon.
