[HISTORY-GRADE 10]Need help! URGENT
I need major help. I must choose THREE specific events from three differnet time periods in the Twentieth Century (ex. one event from 1900-1930, one from 1931-1965, and one from 1965-1999) that helped Canadian society recognize and develop the value you have chosen.
So basically, in the three time periods, where did Canada peacekeep?

WWI, WWII, Cold War. Look them up (Canada played an indirect role in all three).

Currently, I am in the library. I got a book for two periods, except for 1900-1930s.
Can someone tell me a specific topic, I can get a book on? It has to do with Canada peacekeeping. Please! Just got 1 hour left, till it closes.

WWI started in 1914. WWII started in 1938.

I do not know of any Canadian peace-keeping efforts outside of WWI for 1930s.

If I wanted to get a book about peacekeeping in 1900-1930, should I just get a book on World war I, or is that not specific enough?

Their peacekeeping efforts was through military force. In order to re stabilize the region they enlisted their services to Britain to help fight Germany and bring an end to the violent war.
Not all peace keeping is passive. During WWI and WWII the peace keeping efforts they employed was by fighting the Germans to preserve the integrity of the world. If they wouldn't have helped the Brits, Britain could have quickly lost the war and history as we know it would have changed for the worst.
