21) Wrong. Answer is D. Only the supreme court can declare laws unconstitutional.
22, 23) Correct
24) D, all of the above
25) Correct
26) Both are legit, you can also add: "must reside in district they are representing"
27,28,29) Correct
30) Major party's hold substantial influence in the government. Examples are democrats and republicans. Minor parties hold minor influence in the government, these are independent, Tea, and green parties. A party caucus is a meeting of that party.

Alright, thanks for the fast response, but I Was wondering why I had #24 wrong? It only asked for the main duty, and which in my notes said to act as a legislative strategist but I must take bad notes to have that answer wrong.

Ahh, sorry, didn't see "main duty." I'm not sure what their main duty is, so trust your notes on that one.
