Which would help me as I have like 750.00 limited in my paypal account

Its not just verify and get unlimited its just limited.

i just figured out how to make a paypal thats limited to like $3000 by switching country. but if you already made it us then i dont think you can spend money without a bank account, credit card, vcc.
