You can't ask someone to give you their bank account information with permanent access to that bank account for only $25. It's not going to happen, just open up your own bank.

You can purchase a VCC or a VBA to verify it, but expecting someone else to provide their bank info is far fetched.

canadian accounts = no sending limit

The risk of having a canadian unverified account is high. If you send too much money in quick succession then they will limit your account. If you have one problem on it, they will limit your account.


The rule of thumb is to not do transactions for a week after opening that up, I believe. I was reading an article about paypal a long time ago(so I"m not sure if this is still valid) but they look into unverified accounts and they will limit if you do a transaction as soon as it's open.

Just be cautious, and read about the risks and pre-cautionary actions you can take to avoid getting limited.

On the other hand, skele says you can get a VBA or VCC and verify it that way. I'm not sure how those work though and I have yet to see anyone using them. I've definitely heard OF Them though.

Make a new account and select the UK as your country, then change your currency to USD.

Instantly-Verified account with a $200 spending limit or so.

go look for a virtual credit card. That's the only way you're getting it done, as nobody's giving you their cc or bank account.

To verify your account you need to link a bank account to it. A VCC or Credit Card isn't going to be enough.

Im only 16 and im from ireland and the paypal is fake details and a fake name and address.

When I was 16 I had a bank account. Just go sign up for one, then add the debit card that comes with your bank account to it.

You can get a virtual credit card for $7-10.
