i just got scamed by calluom he said 3 pins for my acconut and he logged out with i game it to him someone please help

Well.. tried redeeming the pins? He might try to sell them forward maybe?
Nothing you can do really.. except for reporting him for scam @ RaS section.

or maybe you could get the pins anulled.. idk if thats possible, but I've seen some threads were the OP claims he can make the pin anulled, therefor making the account using the pin locked till the negative payment is gone or shit like that

If you personally bought the pins, you could attempt to chargeback (perhaps request a refund from JaGeX?).

Otherwise report him in the RaS section.

Take pictures of the actual conversation, and post it in the Report a Scammer section with all the proof there is. If you bought the PINs, try emailing or calling Surfpin and letting them know that the PINs you have are stolen. Calling them will make the account that the scammer applied the PINs on into negative credit. So he'd be out of luck there.
