Just make an Australian or Canadian Paypal. You can send money back and forth without needing it verified with a credit card. I'm not sure how you're going to take it out of your Paypal for real life purposes though.

You can also make an UK PayPal account and send/receive money without verifying it. Although; sending and receiving money whilst being unverified can and normal does result in your PayPal getting limited.

Just be very careful. PayPal normally notice if you're receiving the exact amount over and over again.

I'm currently using an Australia Paypal and I've never been limited on it. I think I've sent $1600 worth back and forth in the last 3 months off of it.

I believe you just need to tell PP your 18, then get it registered with the bank. I could be wrong though. Or, make a PP and wait until your 18 to verify it and pray like hell they don't limit you!

I'm using a US Paypal which I have a prepaid attached to as the Credit Card and a personal bank account used to verify it.

You don't have to be 18 to have a bank account or get a prepaid.
Even without verifying a US Paypal you still get a 5000$ sending limit.

Just create a current account like under 16s one I have. *Going to expire soon* Go to a local bank, and ask for an account, attach it to there and you can get any money on your paypal into your bank IRL.
