Overclocking Help

When I go to over clock my processor, I go to the configuration and the advanced tab, it says that my bios is unlocked, but the FSB/core speed, that whole area is greyed out meaning I can't touch it. If the bios is unlocked what is stopping me from changing the product values in that area?
