I didnt know where to post this.. so I assumed this is the best section to get help on Paypal-related issues

I recently got the limitation of my paypal account removed.
And after they removed it, they pretty much threatened to permantly closed down my account if I keep receiving payments as "gifts" when offering my so called service.

And just now, I tried selling an item with the so called claim-and-cancel method, that's pretty much ireversable(?).
Both me and the buyer read the tutorial about the claim-and-cancel posted somewhere here on Sythe.. But after cancelling the payment (unauthorized transaction) - the buyer kept getting the message:
"That action is not valid. Please try again."

And due the fact that the limitations was removed just some hours ago, I dont want to risk getting another limitation cause of an dispute with the claim-and-cancel method..

So now to the point of this thread..
How do I use the claim-and-cancel method? I read this guide; Paypal Tut - How To File and Cancel A Claim - but that doesnt seem to work.. Is there any other way to get past this problem?

I would assume it is related to the recent limiting of your paypal, as that method should still work even though the pictures are a bit outdated. Give it a few days and hopefully the restriction will be lifted, or it could be an issue with the other persons paypal.

Use claim and cancel everytime you need, but I suggest using a gift payment if a sender sends it without a credit card.

Moreover, go to the limits section (near your balance) and upload them all the documents you can (this is not a section to remove the limitation) and you will be more protected against the limitations.
