I made my paypal a long time ago, and it has money on it. I do not have a bank card, or account registered through my paypal. How do I send money to someone without registering a bank account/card? I know this can be done as my friend did it, but of course, he can not remember how.

You can register a debit card and unlock some sending/receiving.. I think you can send and receive $500 after linking.

edit: Your friend probably signed up using a different country.

There is no reason not to send your information to paypal unless you're doing something illegal.

Maybe I am doing something illegal then? Not really, I do not send my personal info (like address, phone number, damn sure not bank info), over the internet. Hackers get access to this stuff everyday and people loose tons of stuff.

I really only want someone to tell me how I can send money without having a bank card/account registered to my paypal. I do not need to know all these other things, but thanks for the advice.

just go get like a prepaid visa gift card of like 15$ and register it for online use then link it to your paypal then you should be able to send the money
