Well.. i couldnt find where to post this, didnt feel it went into the assistance board because those are generally more personal. Well whenever i try to send money via paypal, im getting this..
I was in an MSN convo today, to buy a pin. I tried to send the money, had it all filled out.. got that.. told the guy.. he blocked me saying i was bullshitting him. I then posted the screenshot on his pin selling thread.. no response -.- kewl stuff ikr?

How do i fix it? Ive made payments via paypal for other things; steam, and donations to other places. Im using a debit, never had problems before. Was sending 4$ as a gift, any ideas?
EDIT: No im not getting any confirmation emails.

Does your paypal have limited access?

I've received that message when trying to send a payment via a instant bank transfer. I always withdraw and deposit funds from my bank account which puzzled me as to why I couldn't send.

I think it may be a problem with the recipients Paypal account, but I'm not entirely sure. It happened to me a few months ago.

It has a limit of like 2500$ sent, but ive not used more then 200 in the past 3 months. And my paypal is funded by visa debit.

Try calling paypal. It's like a 10 minute call at the most and they'll know exactly what to say.
