I think my MSN is frozen
It won't let me sign in on Windows Live Messenger.
Any help please? (I'm on my private MSN atm)

Go to login.live.com and when you try to login check if it says "too many login attempts". If it did, then you are frozen. If not, it's something else.

You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect e-mail address or password, or someone else is trying to sign in to the account [email protected].
So what do I do? |

Wait it out to be honest, a few people here know how to un-freeze them but i dont got names, i do know 1227 knew how to if you are in contact with him. |

Tbh man, do what I did. Make a personal/private msn that you keep important contacts on.
Then make other MSNs that are disposable. I have come to terms with the fact that my business/MMing MSNs are going to be frozen.
You either wait out the freeze or do as the others said, those are your only options.
