Default Quick question about VCC
If I go to CVS and buy a Visa gift / debit card, what's the minimum amount of money I need to put on the card and do I need any paperwork or ID?

According to sources, those Visa cards come in the denominations of $25, $50 and $100. You don't need identification. You just buy it at CVS or 7-Eleven and it's ready to use.
