Default Need Someone Who Is Good With Computers

My brother recently uninstalled the sound on my computer and I am not sure why. He said he went to the control panel, then sound and right clicked my realtek speakers and pressed the disable/uninstall button. If someone could help me over teamviewer to get the sound fixed I would be very happy. Thanks

You shouldn't require anyone using teamviewer to fix your problem.
You could do 2 things.
1) System restore - restore your computer to an earlier time. This will most likely bring back any files that had been altered/deleted within the time period that you are restoring to.

2)You can possibly go to your sound/manage devices whatever it falls under, and look for updates for your speakers/reinstall.
Or.. If you can find out the name of the type of sound system in your computer, you can also go to the manufacturer's website and locate an update for your computer thus fixing your problem.

Hope I helped.

He probably just deleted the drivers, or screwed up with the sound configuration a simple back restore should fix it.

This.

If you don't have a restore point, then you're gonna have to install the drivers or fix the configurations.

Still having issues? Go to this site. There are lots of geeks there who can help you.

Sigh,

Right click my computer, click properties, go to the hardware tab, open device manager, find your speaker hardware, right click it then click enable then click install.

Simple!

Enjoy, and if you have problems finding your sound output then post here with a screen-shot of all possible devices and your speaker model and i'll have a looksies.

Good luck

Google your computers model and add "drivers" on to the end of that, download and install them.

Or you can google "DriverScanner 2009" and find a serial for that.

Nah he probably already has the drivers on his computer somewhere. It's a manner of re enabling the hardware and having his computer auto install(if it's new enough) or auto-search for the old drivers.

If not, he can just google the model number and he'll find drivers in no-time.
