Is a unauthorized chargeback, is there anything I can do about this...?

157.65% of Sythe users are dumb enough to think putting they are legit in their signature convinces anyone, if you are one of 95.35% that will copy this into your signature, then you failed to see the point I was making.

If it's unauthorised, then there's nothing you can do I'm afraid. And if it's gone into negative, you'll have to pay PayPal the money back before you can put money into your PayPal account again. If you don't pay them, I think they start sending people to your house and such, not sure.

If it's a scam can you call PayPal and explain what's gone on so they can open an investigation?

They won't do nothing. I was scamed for like 400$ before i noticed that paypal always defend the person which is buyer. Thats the big - of paypal

I suggest to use PA then for both seller and buyer's safety?

I was a victim of a charge-back scam a few months ago too.

Unfortunately, Paypal does not care much about the seller and was put into the negative.

Next time, only accept direct Paypal payment with a trusted user only.

I do not know the difference between those 2 "who and how you got the money to paypal" , but when i had an chargeback , i provided enought proffs and in the end they sayd it's against theyr policy to deal with "virtual" internet stuff sales and i kept my money.
