    Not sure about your credit card issue, but what do you mean about the chargeback?

    I could charge back the money from my parents paypal to get the money off the account that I can't send money from.

    How old are you? If you have a bank account you should be able to make your own Paypal.

    Also, explain this charge back situation. You're not charging back from the gold seller are you?

    im 16 and have a key card.

    When Im trading on sythe, I like to transfer my parents money on paypal to my paypal. (so it doesn't look like some random sent money to themselves, and so that they know its me they are giving money to.) And im charging back money from my parents account so I don't loose $70 to a limited account.

    Don't chargeback, you'll eventually get caught by paypal and they'll limit your parents account because your account (limited one) will end up with a negative balance that you need to pay off.
