hey guys, i was digging through my old card collection and i found a weird card.

im very confused as to what this is, ive seen them before, but what type of pokemon card is this?

as i have not gotten any responses, does anyone know of a decent website that may specialize in pokemon cards that might know what kind it is?

well, i know its not like the usual cards. Its one of the really old ones. This one i think said it was from 1999, and it came in a real pack, im pretty certain its not a fake.

Why does everyone say it's a fake card? It's not fake lmao... It's just not used in the trading card game. Doesn't make it not a real card. I'm sure it's just a promo card or one of those cards that comes at the top of the deck that is completely useless. Might be worth a little bit though, save it.
