I'm loving the lighting used, the particles work quite well - would probably benefit if you removed them from some spots though, such as a few areas of her lips and chin. Even further changing it, the texture would potentially look nicer if you placed it behind her giving the appearance of a drippung screen or a wall as opposed to in front of her.
Not feeling the vertical orange bar though - it somewhat detracts from the depth, adds an unnecessary 2D element to the piece and flattens out that right hand side.

and its good but to much blending on the face you dont exactly have a focal point that draws attention

id get rid of the glare int he upper left hand corner but other than that it looks really good dude
