Well, this was my second shot at messing around with some random stock photos. This one turned out rather well; it actually turned out better then I had thought.

I know the top collarbone on the sweater is a bit over-sharpened. I understand that. That's my own unique style (regardless if you think it makes the photo look less exciting). I like bright tags, that's just the way I like/love to make them.

Anyway, feedback/(constructive) criticism is always encouraged.

Seems too sharp, mainly around his hands and front of t-shirt. Needs more effects in the empty space on the left.

i agree with Spraynwipe Looks simple, need more effects. hands looks weird. whats the weird blue thingy. doesn't match all. keep working at it

• There's enough "effects"
• Hands look fine
• That "weird blue thingy" is an "effect" which you just proposed I need more of
• It's unique, it doesn't need to match.

sry if you got mad buddy. you asked for criticism. just trying to help beginners out.

You're far from being in the position to criticize/critique others work when you, yourself, are far from "gud at gfx yo lolz".

Any other professional/skilled artists are more then welcome to critique my work (they know what they're talking about). You referred to my C4D render as a "weird blue thingy", that further proves your incompetence and lack of knowledge in the graphics area. Leave the constructive criticism to those that are competent and know what a "weird blue thingy" is (C4D render).

I like that, its nice.

You should mess around with the hands though
