Hey what do you think about my new signature?It's actually the best looking GFX i've ever made  i'm kinda proud of it

The typeface looks a little low quality - I think it's because the bevel you've placed on it has too much depth. Reduce the depth, and soften it up a bit more.
The glow and motion blur looks nice, simplistic, but nice.
Reduce the opacity of the drop shadow and soften it more - it's too dark/heavy at the moment.
You should begin to focus on more image-related signatures, as text based work leads to a dead end.

And maybe make a little bit more going on, like Alt. said, another font might be your savior.
However, it's a alot better than your previous, so it's good to see that you have improved.

As has been previously said, the bevel needs to be decreased, also, the glow should be edited as so it matches the top of the text. See how above the b's it lumps up? Make it the same height as the rest. I can see you were going for a simplistic approach, and with some more refinement, it will be a quite nice simple sig.
