you don't have any idea what you're talking about. NO xplode and all that shit is a waste of money, I take pure creatine monohydrate. You don't even know what creatine does or how it works, so just don't bother. I also doubt you're in the military so please cut the bullshit.
your loading phase is 5 grams 5 times a day for a week following by five grams in the morning then 5 grams after workout for two weeks. Depending on your size you will keep up 10 grams or drop to 5 grams after workouts for the following three months. After three months you should take a 1 month break as the creatine level in your body continues to rise and needs to be re-adjusted.
