What is the best thing to 'Merchant' on ebay? For those of you who play Runescape it's very much the same concept as merchanting in runescape just the stakes are a bit higher. I was thinking maybe Xbox 360 microphones or A game of some sort but not really sure. If you guys have any suggestions that would be great.

laptop computers actually work very well! i bought one off ebay for a good deal, didnt really like it, so i sold it and made 150$! by accident to. so from my experiance computers might work, but expensive

Computers, coins, and shoes are your best bet.

I would try buying on craigslist and selling on ebay. You don't have to pay for the item to be shipped to you and people just tend to sell for less on craigslist. As far as items go, I would expect most electronics to do well.

If you can buy limited edition electronic's, for example a pokemon gameboy from japan. People who collect are going to pay whatever you ask for it.

Exactly and you can barter on Craigslist.

My friend bought an 8 gig iPod touch for $180 on eBay and resold it on Craigslist for $240... Try looking in to that.

Oh, and we laughed at the guy who bought it . He got ripped off.

I tried doing that once, and I recommend to never buying ipods on ebay. They're usually knockoffs which don't work. So if you're going to be merchanting anything, I'd recommend computers, or ipods that do work. That's my opinion.
