Well if he doesn't know he has it then obviously no one would know he has it and he wouldn't be charged with manslaughter.

He didn't have sex with girls just so he can infect them, he just wanted to have sex with them and didn't care that they got the disease and never thought that they would know it was him.

Well, knowingly infecting someone with HIV? Of course, that's pretty much poisoning, which is murder (in the long run). He should get a sentence that anybody who knowingly infected 5 people with a deadly disease would get.

He basically got a life sentence(which he should have) considering he's so old. I think he deserves it - he knowingly spread an incurable disease which leads to death.
