I've posted it here as it has only got 7 views in about 3 hours and people don't really go in there unless they are posting a scam report themselves. If anybody could help it would be great.

Just post as much as you can. Post what you think proves the other person scammed, and include extra. If a moderator asks for more, then post more

Don't post your question in that section. Post in the H&R section next time. Post only the required proof. The MSN SCREENSHOTS that show you have been scammed, not the entire conversation, show the paypal screenshots, etc. If the moderators ask you to post more proof, then you post it. And no, you will pretty much have the same priority than the other users, except in rare cases.
