I think its awesome but its not amazing. I completed it on veteran in 6 hours - was a bit disapointed considering CoD4 was well hard on veteran but was still completable.

I mean, really? I can't say it was the best game of 09'. But, in my opinion, it was okay. And in my opinion, Assassin's Creed 2, or NBA 2K10 were the best of 09'.

Took me 6 on hardened I was pretty chuffed I got under 30 seconds in pit on my first go.


This is definetly the game on 09" pretty stupid how everyone camps. Yeah the game is very easy especially multilayer with all the air strikes and the overpowered ass Assault rifles. Also its much easier to no scope, no more breathing! and just slight recoil on the intervention.

Thermal+ heartbeat sensor pretty much ruined it.

I entierly agree with this.

MW2 takes the cake for LIVE i'd say.

I wouldn't go so far as to say NBA 2K10 was one of the best games this year, I love it and have been a fan of the 2K series for years now but MW2 has to take the cake. It had to be the most anticipated game of the year and it didn't let anyone down.

I was really dissapointed with Modern Warfare 2 considering it was the most anticipated game of the decade. After how amazing Modern Warfare 1 was, I was expecting it to be immense, but I was wrong. When I think Modern Warfare 2 in my head, I think modern maps, and this wasn't the case either. All the maps seem to be really old, like WW1/2 style. They have even taken a map from Call of Duty 1 and used that.

The only positive I can see is the guns are more updated, and they look a little better. But the guns still have a negative, they all seem balanced. They all seem as powerful as the others.

I'm really dissapointed.

The game is fun and a blast to play online, but it can't hold a candle to Uncharted 2 or Killzone 2 - both single and mutliplayer.

I agree. Killzone 2 is a LOT better.

I found that most people bought it for the online play which they worked on a lot since cod4. The perks are all really awesome and you can really customize your character. I don't think its the best game of '09 though.

yes true, compared to sports and other games out there...its definately rated the top 10 id say.well maybe even top 5. halo 3 ,no matter what, will always be in the top. id say its atleast 2-3rd best rated.

I believe MW2 is the best game of the year, I have both ODST/MW2 and I've played others but MW2 blows everything away.

Agreed, No matter what All Cod's Have Been Amazing, I'd say it wasn't as good as Cod4 And Cod5 But it's still REALLY Good.

Cod MW2 Hands down but i really enjoyed Halo: ODST
