Why is it taking Admins so long to respond to scammer reports? They are still scamming while they are here..

Chances are the scam report that was filed didn't have sufficient evidence to support a ban, which is why nothing has been done. I can not count the number of reports that I've had to basically say "You don't have enough proof, I can't do anything" about.

Scam reports would be done much faster if we had an automated system with fields to fill in for users upon a report.
