doubt it, because you most likely need dungeoneering needles and materials to make nettles into robes.

$15 for how many nettles? just one?

lol I used to drop them when I was smuggling them... they are pretty useless - nobody has needles or thread, and the armour you make is not equippable.

it's a discontinued item, nowhere near useless.

Most people sell unusable raw materials for $.25-.50 lol. I have quite a few of them.
