To take a picture, press "Print screen" and paste the image into Paint(or a similar program). From there save it, and upload your pictures to any hosting website. Imageshack.us and Photobucket.com, two of the most popular, work fine.

Jagex cannot access Sythe.org, but most people hide the names anyways for privacy reasons. This is fine as long as the item(s) are in the picture(s).
