Appeal on TWC

Ok this TWC has runined my rep . This TWC was issued for bogus reasons, i do not belive it is fair to get punished for getting scammed.


Proof -





Death sniper is not at fault instead it is Santee i belive.

Guys this is obv. legit proof and i do not believe it fair to issue a TWC for getting scammed. Please if you could remove the TWC i honestly would really appreciate it.

yes, im very sorry for not explaineing the situation in full as i just had knee surgy today .

But the situation is hahanerd MM'd a trade for me a D34th sniper . Everything went well until about a mounth later when i tried to log in but the password was recovered.

I attempted to recover w/ the information provided but it never worked.

So in response i recovered the cash in witch i sent and somehow im at fault.

So i was issued a TWC, for getting scammed.

Later i recieved a email from paypal and i never got my cash back. I told death and he sad yea i dont think your at fault i beleive it was " santee " who recovered . And he sent me the picture of the log in with the persons email that was on it last.

It says it was last on 6 days ago but really i havent been able to log in for over 2-3 weeks.

SO thats why im asking to get the TWC removed because its obv. for unlegit reasons

Im just looking at the facts to resolve YOUR case. If he recovered that will be resolved at a later time. PM me when you have reported the PM please.

Alright, after reviewing the evidence and PMs exchanged between the seller of the account (death sniper) and Weezy, it is safe to say the account was in fact recovered from Weezy. He did jump the gun by immediately disputing the funds, however he says at the time he did not know about the report a scammer and what steps he should take (death sniper apparently would not assist him with the issue either).

Death is also refunding him the money anyways, since the account was in fact recovered. My opinion after seeing everything is Weezy should have his TWC removed, he was scammed, got no response, and attempted to get his money back. He now knows to try and resolve the matter first by contacting the seller, then by opening a scam report, rather than just disputing the funds.

tl;dr, Take off the TWC, dont think its deserved.

HHN, if I seem to be missing any info that would change that assessment, let me know. Until then, ^ is my opinion.

yes this is the correct thread but this proves that he was wrong and i was not at fault instead it was santee who recovered the account.

Yes this is the correct thread but the some of the infomtion is false and i did not notice the thread until it was closed. I recieved a TWC based on his information olny witch is very unfair because i was the one on the short end of the stick and lost 70$ and the account due to SANTEE

Ill have to agree on this. Seems as though it was simply done out of frustration at the situation.

My opinion as well. Seems as though death/santee TWCs may have been warranted given the situation, but I think Weezy is being treated unfairly. His account was stolen after he purchased it, and after attempts at contacting the seller were ignored, he tried to recover his money. He knows to use the RaSc system now instead of going right to that.

Nate, I didn't do it out of frustration, but both of the traders were acting pretty shady during the transaction. You may remove the TwC off of Free Weezy, but not the other two.
