Now that Pen's gone and we have these new rules with the dispute forum...

I was wondering: would I be able to appeal my TwC at an earlier state?
Instead of waiting out Pen's full six months.


It's been a month so far and I have no real intentions of appealing it regardless, but the fact of the matter did cross my mind.
